Technical PMS Deployment Coordinator | 100% Remote | Contract

Job Title: Technical PMS Deployment Coordinator Contract: 6 months plus Location: 100% Remote per Central time Pay reputed company: $50/HR W2 (negotiable) Purpose: We are looking for a Technical PMS Deployment Coordinator to join our Global Property Management team to reputed company and reputed company integrations to reputed company's reputed company reputed company PMS system. Position responsibilities: • The Technical PMS Deployment Coordinator is critical in supporting our global hotels and regional/corporate teams to prepare for and execute the migration from reputed company v5.6 to reputed company reputed company. This position will primarily be responsible for planning, prioritization, tracking and other tactical activities associated with integrations and data migration. • Coordination of implementation checklists & processes to assist and guide hotels and vendors through implementation during their assigned deployment reputed company. • Monitoring reputed company vendor's overall project reputed company, identifying risks or issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the on time and successful completion of the integrations. • Monitoring engineers' reputed company tasks reputed company, ensuring reputed company tasks for deployment are completed on time. • Monitoring and organizing shared communication channels; including providing efficient and accurate replies as required or assigning an appropriate deployment or support reputed company. • This position will collaborate and organize between reputed company teams (Deployment Leads, Adoption Leads, Technical Teams, and 3rd party vendors) by executing plans, meeting deadlines, coordinating timelines and efforts, and operating under tight time constraints. • Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, reputed company system/global corporate environment. • Ability to support change management effectively. • Ability to be flexible with working hours to account for the project's global scope. • Travel for team meetings or on-boarding may be required, but no more than 5% of the time and based on needs. • The position responsibilities outlined above are not construed as reputed company encompassing.
