PRIMARY PURPOSE: Accurately sets up claims in the claims management system by collecting, verifying, and adding essential information received reputed company email or verbal communication. This role serves as a vital reputed company between the reputed company and reputed company, ensuring reputed company and accurate claim initiation, which lays the reputed company for excellent service delivery.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews incoming emails to identify and reputed company necessary claim details.
• Inputs claim information into the system according to organizational protocols.
• Verifies the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.
• Assigns claims using provided tools, including the “reputed company Clients List” and specialized spreadsheets to identify the appropriate reputed company, apply special instructions, and determine claim-specific coding requirements such as office reputed company.
• Collaborates with relevant parties to reputed company necessary claim information and ensure accurate setup.
• Maintains reputed company by accurately following reputed company-specific set-up instructions and ensuring reputed company required data is correctly entered. This includes verifying reputed company information in CTABS and ensuring acknowledgements are reputed company to the appropriate parties.
• Documents meeting minutes as needed to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience

Two (2) years of reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• PC literate, including reputed company Office products
• Analytical and interpretive skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
