Responsibilities: • reputed company reputed company-reputed company review of WFM system configuration, specific to Optimized Scheduler features • reputed company some 1:1 training, answering questions from reputed company's system administrator to increase confidence in system • Assist with the creation of job aids, as needed for rolling out the Optimized Scheduler more broadly across their org. Required Qualification(s): • reputed company Workforce Manager Optimized Scheduler (Advanced Scheduler) expertise • Solid communication skills • Documentation skills for job aid development Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity , with an immediate start date. Duration is estimated at 100 hours to start with the possibility of extending.
