The role will reputed company safety and occupational health thought leadership and reputed company at multiple EMCOR companies as assigned and will work with reputed company and operating company leadership to improve safety planning, processes, and operational performance and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Qualifications • B.A. / B.S. or equivalent trade experience required. • BCSP or other certifications such as CSP, CHST, CESCP, etc. or ability to obtain such certifications is a plus. • 10 years minimum leadership experience in addressing and reducing risk in a dynamic, hazardous, and labor-intensive industry. • Strong knowledge of, or ability to reputed company knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental health and safety regulations and practices in construction and general industry applications. • Strong understanding of business processes. • Strong interpersonal, management, communication, writing, and organizational skills. • Ability to use safety reputed company reputed company software with experience in data analysis and application. • Experience with and discipline to operate independently with little day-to-day supervision. • Experience planning and managing extensive travel and reputed company logistics. • Experience with and ability to reputed company with others effectively through virtual means (MS Teams, Webex, reputed company). • Experience with MS 365 applications. • Extensive travel of 60-80% to operating companies in various locations.
