**Job Summary**
As a Website Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients' customers through live chat on their websites. You'll work remotely, using your own device, and will be required to be available for at least 20 hours per week. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35, and we'll provide you with comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support to clients' customers through live chat on their websites
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to their queries and concerns
* Use a document with answers to common questions to assist customers, and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
* Work independently, using your own device, and be available for at least 20 hours per week
* Maintain a reliable internet connection and ensure that your device meets the necessary technical requirements
* Collaborate with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be self-motivated
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
* Basic computer skills, with experience using live chat software and social media platforms

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
