**Key Responsibilities**
As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
• Providing top-notch support to our users through live chat, ensuring that their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Collaborating with our team to resolve complex support inquiries and provide solutions that meet our users' needs.
• Developing a deep understanding of our platform and its features, in order to provide accurate and helpful information to our users.
• Communicating effectively with our users, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
• Working collaboratively with our team to identify and resolve issues, and to implement process improvements that enhance the user experience.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying that knowledge to improve our support processes and user experience.
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Chat Support Associate, you'll need:
• 1 year of relevant, technical facing work experience, preferably in a customer support or technical support role.
• A 4-year college degree in a relevant field, such as communications, business, or computer science.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in ticket support, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and providing excellent customer service.
• Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• The ability to adapt quickly to new situations and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience with Intercom or other chat platforms is strongly preferred. Additionally, tech/start-up work experience is a plus, but not required.
