**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform. As a Live Chat Support representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex.
**Responsibilities:**
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat, providing them with accurate information about products and services.
* Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
* Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary, and provide them with clear and concise information about our products and services.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the best customer support, staying up-to-date on the latest waterproofing solutions and technologies.
* Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

**Experience:**
* 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
* Experience in the waterproofing industry is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems is essential.
