**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and reporting
* Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
* Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure a clear understanding of our services
* Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial team as needed
* Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
* An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
* Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
* Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
