**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Leading, Coaching, and Guiding Direct Reports**: Develop and implement leading practice customer service principles, providing guidance and support to your team to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* **Executing Strategic Initiatives**: Collaborate with the Global Head of Support and Organizational Risk to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, optimize operations, and improve customer satisfaction.
* **Developing Team-Level Initiatives**: Work with the Head of Global Customer Support and Organizational Risk to develop initiatives that improve efficiency, optimize operations, and drive customer satisfaction.
* **Supporting the Wellness Purpose**: Drive the Care team to provide exceptional customer service and optimal customer resolutions, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
* **Monitoring Operational Efficiency**: Analyze and optimize tools, processes, and team performance to ensure alignment with key metrics, taking necessary action to enhance and improve for better customer outcomes.
* **Representing Care at a Project Level**: Provide input and insights to enhance the customer experience, ensuring that the business is aware of customer risks and opportunities.
* **Managing Complex Customer Escalations**: Work with other business units to resolve customer problems promptly, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
* **Driving High Customer Satisfaction**: Develop and implement strategies to drive high customer satisfaction across all Customer Care channels.
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:
* **5+ Years' Experience in a Customer Manager Role**: Proven experience in leading customer-facing teams and driving customer satisfaction.
* **Vision and Leadership Skills**: Ability to delegate tasks, set clear goals, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* **Innovation and Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to innovate and seek better ways to address customer pain points, driving results that meet commercial goals.
