Join a team that's passionate about service, innovation, and making a difference. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing responsive, accurate, and compassionate service to customers and producers, aligned with arenaflex's mission, vision, and values. * Resolving inquiries across all communication channels with professionalism and diplomacy, striving for first-contact resolution. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of state statutes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant handling of policy administration tasks such as policy changes, contact updates, and payment plans. * Collaborating effectively with teammates and other departments to deliver consistent, high-quality service. * Managing workflows to meet service level targets and communicating progress clearly with team members and leadership. * Sharing customer and agent feedback to help improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. * Participating in ongoing training and development to deepen your understanding of the insurance industry and grow professionally. * Ensuring all communications meet industry and corporate compliance standards. * Working effectively in a remote-first, hybrid work environment while responsibly managing time and resources. * Performing other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and professional experience will be considered. * 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role; insurance industry experience is a plus. * Valid driver's license required. * Must obtain the Registered Workers Compensation Specialist (RWCS) designation within the first 12 months of hire (provided by arenaflex). **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and producers. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines. * Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and other departments, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building customer loyalty. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a flexible and proactive approach to work. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
