With a focus on community involvement, sustainability, and employee development, we're not just a company – we're a family. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience * Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to drive sales * Working with our food program to provide excellent customer service and promote our products * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out * Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations * Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to achieve daily goals and objectives **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks with ease * Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to think creatively and offer solutions * Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other duties as required **Preferred Qualifications** * Retail and customer service experience, with a focus on sales and customer care * Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of success * Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex * Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and overnights **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks with ease * Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to think creatively and offer solutions * Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other duties as required * Ability to work collaboratively with a team, building relationships and achieving goals **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
