**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient member service, ensuring high reputed company of member satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of member accounts. Your role will involve:
* Processing financial transactions and providing members with account information
* Assisting with troubleshooting mobile banking issues
