You will be working in a fully remote environment, with some night and weekend shifts, and will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Handle high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients * Identify and evaluate client needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships * Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to clients using the right methods and tools * Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options, and follow up to secure resolution * Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts, and file documents * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Go the extra mile to engage clients and exceed their expectations **Requirements** * Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred * Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities * Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees * Strong attention to detail * Exceptional communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively * Experience with iOS and MacOS * Ability to work nights and some weekends * Availability to work 4 days a week from 1-11pm CST or 5 days a week from 3-11pm CST * Alternating Saturdays from 8am-6pm CST **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in iOS and MacOS **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of its employees.
