We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in arenaflex North America Region. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in managing customer and distributor services, handling orders from initial inquiry to final delivery, and providing post-sales support. **Responsibilities:**
* Manage customer and distributor services for arenaflex North America Region, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
* Handle orders from initial inquiry to final delivery, including post-sales support, and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Enter, approve, and process complaints and returns, as well as analyze credit and debit notes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Respond to email and phone inquiries regarding product availability and pricing, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
* Collaborate with Distribution Centers located in Dyersburg, Williamsburg, Costa Rica, and Brazil to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
* Proactively communicate with assigned clients, maintain lists of open and overdue orders, and work closely with sales, logistics, planning, and warehouse departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Experience working with SAP or another ERP system, with a strong understanding of order management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
* Self-discipline and excellent organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Basic knowledge of job processes and tools obtained through work experience, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve customer issues proactively.
