**Key Responsibilities:**

* Navigate arenaflex systems to locate account information, process updates, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, using our proprietary software to track and analyze customer feedback.
* Follow company policies and privacy regulations, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times and maintaining the trust of our customers.
* Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex cases when needed, working together to find solutions that meet our customers' needs.
* Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction, consistently delivering exceptional results.
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent (some college or healthcare-related coursework preferred).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, online forms, and data entry.
