You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to 401k accounts, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance. This is a full-time, hourly phone position that offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability. **What to Expect** As a new FCA, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.
