**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:
• Handling routine customer care interactions, including telephone answering service calls, via various communication channels (telephone, email, chat, video, or other methods)
• Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating good telephone etiquette, active listening skills, and empathy
• Managing multiple client interactions, being cross-trained on different clients, or assigned a dedicated client
• Performing data collection, order processing, appointment setting, information relaying, and electronically connecting clients and their callers
• Working from Home Agents must comply with the Work from Home Policy
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Essential Qualifications:**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required for some positions)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening
• Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and communication tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Previous customer service experience in a contact center environment
• Experience working with diverse customer populations
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, Mandarin)
