As a remote-based company, we offer the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere, making it an ideal choice for those who value work-life balance. **Responsibilities** As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate * Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment * PC keyboarding and internet experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal * An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor * Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role * The ability to compose professional emails (a plus) * Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English * Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications) * An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide exceptional customer service * Proficiency in online chat software and other customer support tools * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
