**Experienced Customer Service Support Professional – Remote Opportunity in Select States**

The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Support professional at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home if you live in certain US states (see below). You'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering sales orders into a USDA Database
- Managing incoming orders through a dedicated email account
- Updating ship-to account information as needed
- Generating reports for customers, customer service representatives, and sales personnel
- Supporting customer service tasks related to credits, debits, and account management
- Providing professional, timely communication with customers and internal teams

What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of related customer service and/or order entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work independently
- Proficiency with basic PC skills, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF
- Experience with Office 365 and SAP is preferred but not required
- Must be self-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Must be able to register for a USDA eAuthentication account (requires a valid Driver's License)
Must Live in One of the Following US States
Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, West Virginia, Wisconsin. NO EXCEPTIONS.
