**Job Summary**
As a Remote Data Entry Representative, you'll play a critical role in processing customer orders, managing data, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our clients' business systems. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, while leveraging your technical skills and expertise to drive results. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
* Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner, using Oracle and other software platforms as needed
* Review, verify, and make corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
* Contact customers to resolve unclear issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Manage orders in the business system through the entire order cycle, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders
* Screen all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
* Gather information for measurement, analysis, and reporting, to drive business insights and improvement
**Requirements**
* 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience, with a strong focus on customer interaction and technical skills
* Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle
* Education: Associate's degree preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
* Paid training and onboarding program to ensure success in the role
* Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
* Background check and drug test required
* Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED

* Experience with CRM and/or ERP business systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
