**Job Overview**
arenaflex's Customer Service Teams are the face of our company, interacting with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle a wide range of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll take and process transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives, responding to inquiries about arenaflex's products or services. You'll also promote and sell our company's products or services, investigate and resolve customer complaints, and develop strong business relationships via our Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage backlog orders and open orders, communicating late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required.
• Investigate credit and debit requests and queries, issuing credit/debit as necessary.
• Answer technical queries from customers using online technical references and offer alternatives using available resources.
• Drive corrective actions and improvement projects to raise customer satisfaction levels.
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll possess:
• 4 or more years of related work experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• An AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

**Compensation and Benefits**
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $46,800 - $70,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
