**Your Role at arenaflex**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in our team's success. You'll be the eyes and ears for our clients, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to their questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging virtual team environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and discovering new challenges every day.
**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling when required
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success in a remote work environment, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
* An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
* A clean and quiet workspace
