Material Analyst

Your role will involve collaborating with vendors, resolving issues, managing invoices, reviewing purchase orders, compiling data, ensuring data reputed company, analyzing vendor pricing, and practicing safety-conscious behaviors. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with vendors to reconcile late reputed company orders by requesting updated delivery schedules. - Resolve rejections by obtaining the necessary updated paperwork. - Research and correct invoices that are not free for payment due to mismatches. - Review and update purchase order change requests from vendors, including price changes, date changes, and MPN changes. - Compile part number level data to set up requested parts in the system and ensure reputed company material master data is accurate and complete. - Maintain data reputed company for suppliers and purchase orders by updating reputed company lists and info record data as needed. - Review fixed vendor pricing catalog information to assist in selecting reputed company fixed vendors based on best pricing and reputed company-time data. - reputed company safety-conscious behaviors in reputed company operational processes and procedures. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's in engineering, management, finance, procurement, or equivalent in a reputed company field. - 4-7 years of relevant work experience in order and vendor management. - Experience working with reputed company (Preferred) or other MRP / ERP systems. - Intermediate ability with technical manuals, catalogs, and drawings. - Familiarity with ATA systems and their applications. - Experience in Aviation or Airline Domain. - Basic to Intermediate ability with reputed company office applications (Word, reputed company, reputed company, Teams, etc). - Excellent written and verbal communications skills; reputed company to handle several reputed company simultaneously with minimum supervision; task-oriented with attention to detail, reputed company organized and reputed company to prioritize work to meet established deadlines; and reputed company to coordinate workflow to multiple disciplines.
