Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Promoting and Selling Air Journeys: Effectively market and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, providing exceptional service that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Passenger Check-In and Load Acceptance: Provide professional assistance with passenger check-in processes and load acceptance procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Travel Regulations and Requirements: Interpret authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Flight Operations: Meet and dispatch aircraft within established timeframes, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passenger Assistance: Provide compassionate assistance to troubled passengers and clients, resolving issues professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Asset Protection: Protect company assets and revenue by following established protocols and maintaining vigilance against potential losses.
- Safety Compliance: Provide for a safe journey by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Physical Capabilities: Possess the physical capability and dexterity to use motor skills to perform diverse job-related duties, including operating equipment and navigating various work environments.

- Operational Flexibility: May be required to drive and perform air stairs for various types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers.

- Communications: May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control functions including air to ground communication as well as Tower functions.
Essential Qualifications for Success
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Education: High school degree or GED equivalent.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language clearly and professionally.
- Bilingual Abilities: Bilingual language abilities are required in some locations; additional languages are highly valued and may provide competitive advantages.
- Driver's License: Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities.
- Background Checks: Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
- Security Badges: Must be capable of securing suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
- Availability: Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays. Must report to work on a regular and timely basis.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and operating equipment as needed.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and reservation systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
