What You'll Do For Us

As a Customer Operations Advisor at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with Foodservice customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities designed to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction:

  • Primary Contact & Brand Ambassador: Serve as the first point of contact for Foodservice customers, embodying the arenaflex brand values while diagnosing service issues, understanding business needs, and implementing customer programs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely and accurate updates to all stakeholders, troubleshoot operational issues efficiently, and steward crucial information to key decision-makers and Sales Executives within the organization.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate logistical details for store closings, relocations, and remodels, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to customer operations.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor and meticulously track all activity in Thirsty, QuickBase, and/or other proprietary tracking systems to maintain comprehensive records and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Installation Scheduling: Schedule installations, exchanges, buy-backs, or removals using arenaflex's information systems, ensuring fulfillment that consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve varying issues using information systems, providing expedient service, installation, or orders to maintain customer satisfaction and operational continuity.
  • Customer Confirmation: Confirm service details with customers, including thorough follow-ups and order confirmations, to ensure complete customer satisfaction and build long-term trust.
  • Asset Management: Manage the sourcing and delivery of assets and/or parts, utilizing arenaflex information systems to ensure timely availability of equipment and components.
  • Inquiry Management: Handle inquiries and feedback diligently, maintaining comprehensive records in database tools to identify trends and improve overall service performance.
  • Partnership Development: Establish strong partnerships with customers, clients, or third-party service providers to achieve shared goals and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Order Processing: Process and expedite orders while effectively communicating demand for products or services across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma, GED, or an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a call center, sales, or sales support role is required.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with technical software applications and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Account Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Account Management including stewardship techniques and continuity of supply to ensure lasting partnerships.
  • Problem-Solving Acumen: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Leadership Capabilities: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and guide others when necessary.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with distributor and distribution policies and an understanding of supplier fulfillment capabilities to meet customer and internal requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the beverage or food service industry
  • Knowledge of equipment installation processes, including refrigeration and HVAC systems
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and database management
  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize that our people are our greatest asset, which is why we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. The pay range for this position is $64,700 - $77,600 base pay, which may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Full-time employees in this role are eligible for a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position. Our benefits package is designed to support both your professional growth and personal well-being.
