Essential Qualifications

- Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (required)
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience required. Prior experience in a call center environment is highly preferred.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use skills.
