What You'll Do: Making a Difference Every Day

As a Customer Service Representative working from the comfort of your home, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our healthcare client, representing arenaflex with every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional inbound customer support to members seeking assistance with their insurance-related questions and concerns
  • Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures that reflect our commitment to excellence
  • Accurately assessing inbound calls to efficiently address each member's unique needs while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach

Your Qualifications: What We're Looking For
