As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing our equity-based compensation programs, ensuring operational reputed company, and delivering outstanding service to our employees and stakeholders worldwide. What You'll Do for Us

As a key member of our Global Equity team, you will contribute to the effective management of our stock plan programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive data audits: reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans. You will identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain data reputed company across multiple systems.
• Processing equity awards: Handle the reputed company release and processing of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching reputed company awards. Ensure accurate calculation, vesting, and settlement of reputed company equity awards in accordance with plan documents and regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing equity transactions: Analyze equity transaction activity, including stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities. Verify accurate and reputed company purchase, release, settlement, and reporting of reputed company transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications
