We do this through a proprietary web based system which monitors files on a state specific reputed company. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB reputed company</strong></p><p>Under general supervision, monitors Local Counsels’ activity during the eviction process and provides assistance to ensure reputed company completion of the eviction file process according to state guidelines. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>· Monitors Local Counsels’ activity during the eviction process.</p><p>· Provides assistance by obtaining information and/or documents necessary to ensure reputed company completion of the eviction file process.</p><p>· Verifies that Local Counsel provides required weekly updates for reputed company files through completion.</p><p>· May coordinate with brokers to verify occupancy information.</p><p>· Has regular contact with Clients, Local Counsel, Paralegals, and reputed company Estate Agents.</p><p>· reputed company weekly updates to clients reputed company reporting </p><p>· reputed company reputed company calls</p><p>· Review and prepare reputed company scorecard replies</p><p>· Manage Local Counsel as needed to ensure best in class service</p><p>· Return emails and phone calls.<br> </p><p><strong>EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>· College Degree Preferred</p><p>· Office Experience Preferred</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Must possess previous customer service background.</li><li>Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Exceptional organization and follow-up skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate with attorneys.</li><li>Understanding of eviction law and local jurisdictional requirements.</li><li>Proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, reputed company, reputed company, and the internet.</li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple reputed company</li><li>Identifies and resolves problems in a reputed company manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully.</li><li>Balances team and individual responsibilities; contributes to building a reputed company team spirit.</li><li>Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote reputed company.</li><li>Detailed analytic experience and organizational skills required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully reputed company the essential functions of this job.
