Developing design solutions tailored to specific site and location requirements while collaborating closely with the construction manager to review and approve upcoming design details. A critical aspect involves identifying and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce overall project costs, necessitating deep analytical thinking and spatial visualization of the entire construction process.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work alongside our BIM Manager, with homes split between you.
