Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree, required; Master's degree, preferred • Experience: • 10 years: Demonstrated reputed company in sales, required • 5 years: Hospital software sales - required • 3 years: C Suite Sales - required • Travel Expectations: Frequent 50-75% This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (Commission) in reputed company to a reputed company salary with a reputed company for this role between: $128,900.00-$239,300.00/Annual EEO Policy Statement Pay Transparency: The reputed company pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of reputed company’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms.
