**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Financial Accounting Analyst to join our Corporate Accounting Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to senior management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, and driving process improvements to enhance our financial operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Aid in the responsibility for general ledger accounts and the month-end close cycle connected with corporate accounting, including the preparation and review of journal entries for intercompany transactions, intercompany allocations, and related party transactions
* Plan and review reconciliations for key accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis and perform variance analyses
* Review intercompany accounts, address any out-of-balance issues, and work with intercompany payments
* Track related party transactions throughout the fiscal year and perform valuation analyses to determine whether related party transactions are at arm's length
* Collaborate with the Substance Money, Legal, and other groups within Controllership to obtain necessary supporting documentation
* Work directly with the Manager, Corporate Accounting on ad-hoc organizational projects
* Aid in the preparation of arenaflex's financial statements through the planning of financial schedules and references
* Research complex accounting questions and prepare accounting memoranda to report changes in accounting treatment
* Assist in overseeing internal and external audits by working with requests and planning status meetings
**Essential Capabilities**
* 3 years of accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of US GAAP
* High-level working knowledge of Microsoft business suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of motivation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
* Team-oriented perspective with a positive attitude
**Preferred Capabilities**
* A blend of public and private sector work experience
* Experience in SAP
* Entertainment or technology industry experience
* CPA certification
**Required Education**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
