**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Financial Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Aid in the responsibility for general records and the month-end close cycle connected with corporate accounting, including the preparation and review of journal entries for intercompany transactions, intercompany allocations, and related party transactions.
* Plan and review reconciliations for key accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis and perform analysis to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
* Review intercompany accounts, address any out-of-balance issues, and work with intercompany payments.
* Track related party transactions throughout the fiscal year and perform valuation analyses to determine whether related party transactions are at arm's length.
* Collaborate with the Substance Money, Legal, and other teams within Controllership to obtain necessary supporting documentation.
* Work directly with the Supervisor, Corporate Accounting on impromptu organizational initiatives.
* Aid in the preparation of arenaflex's financial statements through the planning of financial schedules and references.
* Research technical accounting questions and prepare accounting memoranda to report changes in accounting treatment.
* Help to oversee internal and external audits by working with requests and planning status meetings.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3 years of accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of US GAAP
* Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft business suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* A combination of public and private sector work experience
* Experience in SAP
* Entertainment or technology industry experience
* CPA certification

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
