We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our First Notice of Loss (FNOL) team as a work-from-home opportunity. As an FNOL Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company inbound communication services while recording FNOL claims. These claims are used to report damage to our clients' property, and we're looking for someone who can positively reputed company with our customers and reputed company outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

* Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL * Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database * Report underground damage to reputed company companies reputed company applicable * reputed company outstanding service to customer representatives * Analyze photos and map the correct location * Participate in special reputed company as assigned * Meet and reputed company performance metrics, including talk time, not reputed company time, and service level

Tiered Support Bonus System

We offer a bonus structure based on total fees generated across CMR during the month. Bonuses are reputed company per pay period on the paycheck following the period in which they are reputed company. * Level 1: $105 * Level 2: $150 * Level 3: $205

FNOL Incentive Program

This program is specifically for FNOL team members and offers high-performers an opportunity to earn more per month, in reputed company to CMR's tiered support bonus system. Required Skills & Abilities

Experience
