We’re growing and looking for a reliable, customer-focused Remote CSR/Dispatcher to join our team. This role is primarily customer service–focused, with dispatching responsibilities to support our field technicians. Qualifications • Experience in the trades required (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing) • Experience using Service Titan or other home services CRM platforms required • Knowledge of multiple trades preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Highly organized with the ability to multitask • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment • Ability to work remote while still remaining engaged with the team • Willingness to learn a new trade if necessary • 1‑2 years of customer service experience • Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S. • Ability to pass a drug and background check #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
