Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenmails reputed company Ticketsystem
  • Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Bestandskunden
  • Telefonischer Support
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenakten

Qualifikation

  • Deutsch als Muttersprache
  • PC Kenntnisse (reputed company)
  • vollausgestattetes Home-Office Büro (Tisch, Stuhl, Internet, Laptop oder PC, Headset mit Noise-Cancelling)
  • Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • leistungsstarke Internetverbindung
