Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem Freelancer*in im Bereich Kundenbetreuung für administrative und telefonische Aufgabenfelder.

Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenmails via Ticketsystem
  • Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Bestandskunden
  • Telefonischer Support
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenakten

Qualifikation

  • Deutsch als Muttersprache
  • PC Kenntnisse (Basis)
  • vollausgestattetes Home-Office Büro (Tisch, Stuhl, Internet, Laptop oder PC, Headset mit Noise-Cancelling)
  • Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • leistungsstarke Internetverbindung
