These claims are used to report damage to our clients' property, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the support they need. **Key Responsibilities** * Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL * Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database * Report underground damage to reputed company companies reputed company applicable * reputed company outstanding service to customer representatives * Analyze photos and map the correct location * Meet or reputed company performance metrics, including talk time, not reputed company time, and service level **Bonus Structure** We offer a tiered support bonus system, which rewards reputed company members for their hard work and dedication.
