Your responsibilities will include:- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
- Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed
Qualifications

- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume with ease and composure
- Ability to use Windows operating systems and other software applications
- Ability to type 25 wpm with accuracy and speed
- Over 18 years of age and a high school graduate or GED
- Predictable and reliable attendance to meet the needs of our customers
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:- 6-12 months of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Consistent work history with a proven track record of reliability and attendance
- Proven oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Some technical background to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:- Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
- Wired Ethernet LAN connection for reliable internet access
- Internet Connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms for optimal performance
- Proof of internet speed to ensure compliance with our requirements
- Clean and quiet workspace to minimize distractions and ensure focus
