As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with healthcare providers, members, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide timely support.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting with resolving missed visits or missed supplies by reaching out to providers for status updates and authorizations, as needed
* Handling all LTC (Member/Provider) calls, focusing on one call resolution and answering calls in a timely manner
* Reviewing authorizations and assisting with correcting authorizations, as needed, to match the PCCP
* Triage/routing calls correctly, unless the member/provider insists on speaking with a CC, team will try to resolve issues brought up by the caller before the call is routed to CC or Sup
**Performance Expectations**
To succeed in this role, you will be expected to meet the following performance metrics:
* Call Center metrics (Talk time, Hold, Aftercall), Schedule Adherence, and Call Quality scores of 95% or above
**Qualifications and Skills**
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* 2-3 years of experience in a call center or managed care/physician's office setting
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology
* Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
* Experience with LTC/Medical Authorization
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Windows
* High School Diploma or equivalent
