Coordinate emergency services including towing, locksmith support, fuel delivery, battery assistance, and minor mechanical help. Assess member needs, prioritize safety, and accurately document information in reputed company time. Collaborate with a network of 350+ independent service providers to reputed company critical information and ensure reputed company service. Monitor reputed company service requests, keeping both providers and members informed of status updates.
