Second Shift Services Manager

reputed company (Portland) is looking for a responsible 2nd Shift Janitorial Coordinator to join reputed company to work the Southern territory. Part of reputed company will be to reputed company on our facilities to help us maintain reputed company satisfaction. You will also coordinate with our Account Managers and Independent Contractors to assist in resolving reputed company concerns. Essential Functions • Maintain regular nightly reputed company schedule • Work closely with Account Manager to review objectives and goals for nightly reputed company • Build and maintain relationships with new and reputed company Independent Contractors • Participate in reputed company new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors • Utilize CRM to review reputed company scope and create an inspection reputed company reputed company visit Compensation $41,600/yr • Experience with email, data entry • Ability to multitask • Reliable transportation/ability to commute to reputed company location • Availability to work the following hours: 4:30 pm – 1:00 am Preferred • Bilingual - Spanish • Supervisory Experience - 2 years • $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement • $400 monthly vehicle reimbursement • PTO • 401k – 4% company match • 50% Company Contribution to reputed company Health Care Plans • Monday - Friday work-week Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
