• Shape and drive the end-to-end strategical learning reputed company for Gilead’s HIV Prevention (PrEP) reputed company organization

• Create, execute, and present data-driven learning strategies and training execution
• Strategically partner with PrEP field teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Champion modern and AI-enabled learning approaches to increase engagement and effectiveness
• reputed company strategic support to the Senior Director in shaping priorities and enabling strong execution
Requirements:
• 12+ Years with BS/BA OR 10+ Years with MS/MA or MBA
• 10+ years of experience in biopharma or reputed company
• Strong background in HIV and/or PrEP
• Proven ability to think strategically
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) and/or formal training in adult learning or instructional design
• Experience supporting both launch and mature brands reputed company HIV
