Part-Time Recruiter (1099)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial video interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
• Previous recruiting in a high volume environment required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is a plus
Hours:
• Flexible hours within the general time frame of 8am-6pm EST
• Must be comfortable operating in EST
Equipment:
• Reliable laptop/tablet/computer and phone
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
