a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, including greeting them, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have * Processing transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and ensuring that the store is reputed company-maintained * Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records * Processing prescriptions, including counting and pouring medications, and verifying patient information * Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in
