**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Medical Industry Expertise (Remote)**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional support to our customers and driving their satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and/or product information requests, adhering to established department and intra-departmental policies and procedures.
* Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed Billing charges, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
* Offer timely feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concerns, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
* Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
**Requirements:**
* 1+ years of experience in the medical industry or call center/customer service environment, with a strong understanding of medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex medical information, technical procedures, and/or training tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting business demands.
**Education and Experience:**
* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required; relevant certifications or training in the medical industry a plus.
