**Job Description**
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries about our clients' services and products. You'll work independently, using your own computer and headset, to provide exceptional customer experiences. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to work around your family commitments or other work opportunities. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to earn bonuses, with the first one available on your first day of work.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer customer inquiries about our clients' services and products
* Provide exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
* Work independently, using your own computer and headset

**Essential Qualifications:**
