As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. If you're a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Being the customer-facing voice and developing creative solutions to customer issues in an independent work environment * Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process * Determining when a hospital request requires escalation, based on the complexity of the request or high-priority need * Solving customer complaints and documenting them in the CRM system * Effectively coordinating collaboration between internal departments (sales, CS, DR, and AR if needed) to ensure the provision of 100% service level to the customers while ensuring all company quality and revenue recognition policies are met * Following order entry process and providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process * Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals * Consistently demonstrating a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment * Providing support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time * Implementing and supporting Quality initiatives throughout the branch * Additional duties as assigned **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the medical device manufacturing industry * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred * Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal departments, and other stakeholders * Drive to dig into the details of customer issues to solve problems proactively * Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs * Participate in overtime work as needed * Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.) * Preferred experience with SAP and SalesForce **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a virtual team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
