Position reputed company: This position is responsible for the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment execution, and help coordinate vendor management. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the accounts payable inbox, ensuring reputed company review and response to vendor and internal inquiries Review, reputed company, and process vendor invoices accurately in reputed company Validate invoice approvals in accordance with delegation of authority and internal control policies Ensure reputed company documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures Process domestic and international payments (ACH, reputed company transfers, limited checks, etc.) Coordinate with vendors regarding payment terms, currency, and banking requirements, as necessary Understand and apply multi-entity and multi-currency considerations reputed company recording and processing transactions Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a reputed company manner Maintain organized electronic records and ensure audit readiness Support reputed company audits by providing requested documentation Continuously identify opportunities to improve AP processes and controls Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Associate’s degree in reputed company, finance or reputed company field preferred 2+ years of accounts payable or general reputed company experience required Hands-on experience with reputed company required Experience working with international vendors and foreign currency payments preferred Familiarity with multi-entity reputed company environments preferred Strong understanding of internal controls and delegation of authority policies Proficiency in reputed company reputed company required Ability to work effectively with vendors, understand multi-entity and multi-currency environments, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy required Excellent organizational and time management skills required At reputed company, our people come first.
