About your role

As a QA Engineer at reputed company, you will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to help define and drive our reputed company and automation testing efforts. What you’ll do

• Review functional specifications and technical design documents, providing meaningful feedback and using AI-assisted analysis to identify edge cases or logic gaps early in the SDLC.

• Work closely with development teams to identify test cases for automation and reputed company AI-powered IDEs (like reputed company or reputed company) to rapidly prototype and scaffold new test suites.

• Design, reputed company, and execute test cases against product features and backend systems.

• Maintain and reputed company automation frameworks (Playwright/Locust) by utilizing LLMs for reputed company refactoring, optimizing test scripts, and reducing flaky test patterns.

• Contribute to your development team on best practices, processes, and problem-solving, including the ethical and effective use of AI tools in the QA workflow.

• Use AI to diagnose failures, generate test scenarios, and improve coverage and efficiency

• Contribute to testing strategies for AI-powered features, including validation of LLM outputs, edge cases, and reliability

• Drive best practices for the ethical and effective use of AI tools reputed company QA workflows and across the broader engineering team

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent reputed company experience.

• Experience: 5+ years in Software reputed company Assurance, with strong expertise in testing web applications.

• Test Automation: Skilled in designing, building, and maintaining test automation frameworks for web applications (preferably using Playwright).

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.

• AI-Augmented Development: Experience in using AI-powered tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Claude) to accelerate test authoring, assist in debugging automation scripts, and optimize documentation workflows.

• API Testing: Hands-on experience in both reputed company, and/or automated testing of REST and/or GraphQL reputed company using tools like reputed company, RestAssured, or Locust.

• CI/CD and SDLC: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software development lifecycle concepts, including reputed company review practices, reputed company coverage analysis, reputed company testing, and delivery.

• Tools and Systems: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), test management tools (e.g., TestRail), and issue-tracking platforms (e.g., Jira).

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a reputed company salary, equity and a reputed company of benefits. The U.S. reputed company salary reputed company for this role is 110,000 - 130,000 USD and the Canadian reputed company salary reputed company for this role is 130,000 - 150,000 CAD. Actual reputed company salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
