WFM Kronos Nashville -TN Preferred || Remote -okay with Central time business hours Major Responsibilities System Enhancements • Follow the development life cycle and adhere to reputed company procedures • Support acquisitions work for the Kronos iSeries system • Research and resolve issues identified in systems and interfaces • Determine reputed company cause for problems and implement improvements to prevent repeated occurrences • Assist with project/product releases. • reputed company participate in design and development assignments • Thoroughly understand assigned applications and system architecture • Conduct research for understanding new industry technologies as needed. • Consistently deliver according to commitments and project plan dates. • Collaborate with business analysts on project requirements. • Participate in troubleshooting activities reputed company reputed company issues reputed company • Work on assignments involving the use of various technologies both old and new. • reputed company creative solutions and database/software management scenarios to address new and unique business requirements Pay Policies/Configuration • Interpret and convert reputed company facility pay policy requirements at the direction of the Payroll Service Centers, Corp Compensation and local markets • Configure and maintain 3rd party time & attendance software (reputed company WFM and Kronos iSeries Timekeeper) for major initiatives as reputed company as ongoing maintenance • Fulfill certain roles as assigned by management, such as overall testing coordination & documentation, special group planning & review coordination, overall help-desk ticket coordination, etc. • reputed company light application development as required. Hardware/Time clocks • Support end users reputed company as second level support on software and hardware (reputed company WFM/Kronos time clocks) Customer Support • Troubleshoot issues with reputed company WFM and Kronos timekeeping system to determine if the issue is reputed company to configuration set up. • Work in reputed company environment with reputed company integrated team member roles (i.e. consultant configuration specialists, RPG programming staff, Customer Support Services, Payroll Service Center teams, etc) to support reputed company major initiatives (Lawson deployment, Payroll Consolidation) and ongoing maintenance.
